Call or text me now and I'll lookup your Illinois case for free to see if you're eligible for either an expungement or a seal. Most cases are eligible for one or the other. It only takes me a few minutes to look up your case. I can file your expungement within 24 hours.
I graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. I received my law degree from Saint Louis University in 1999. I was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois that same year.
I began my legal career as a prosecutor with the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. During my time as a prosecutor, I dealt with all misdemeanor and felony crimes, including appeals and DUI. As a lawyer with the State's Attorney's Office, I litigated hundreds of trials and argued before the Illinois Appellate Court.
In 2003, I started my own practice with emphasis on criminal defense, DUI and traffic matters. As a defense lawyer, I have handled everything from basic traffic cases to complex murder cases. I also litigate personal injury claims.
You are likely frustrated if a criminal case is keeping you from moving your life forward. You do not need the additional frustration of an attorney who does not stay in contact with you. I pride myself on providing a high level of service. I promptly respond to messages (text, email, voicemail) and will make myself available to answer any question you have. I believe everyone is entitled to an honest and aggressive defense and I promise to provide you with such.

How To Get Your Record Expunged
About Attorney Vince Pagano
Expungement vs Sealing Your Record
There are two options for dealing with your criminal history. The first is to expunge your record and the second is to seal it.
An expungement permanently erases the arrest, charge and conviction from your record which makes it as if the incident never occurred. With an expungement, no one can see the history of your case. Not even law enforcement. It is completely gone.
Sealing a criminal history does not erase the record like an expungement does, but it is almost just as good. The main difference is that with a seal law enforcement can see your record. No one else can. So if you are applying for a job (non-law enforcement), housing, a loan, etc. your criminal record will not come up. If you are not eligible for an expungement, a seal is your best option and is highly recommended.
Call Attorney Vince Pagano now to have him lookup your case to see if you are eligible for either an expungement or a seal. It takes only a few minutes.
Having a permanent criminal record can make it difficult to find a job, to secure housing and to apply for professional licenses. Fortunately, Illinois has procedures in place which allows you to put your past behind you.
Hiring a lawyer can help you handle the process quickly and efficiently. The best recommendation is to call a lawyer and have them lookup your case to see if it is even eligible. This is a quick process which just takes a few minutes and can get the ball rolling immediately if you are eligible.
